Ron MacKenzie

Project Manager

Ron MacKenzie is a Red Seal Journeyman Electrician who has earned additional credentials in construction management and safety leadership. During Ron’s remarkable 33 year career, he has proven himself as a skilled project manager, completed four LEED^® Certified buildings and served as the president of the Electrical Contractors Association of Alberta.

Large commercial builds that Ron has proudly managed to completion include Livingston Place, Jamieson Place, Manulife Place and the Calgary Board of Education Building. Jamieson Place is a noteworthy accomplishment because it stands 568 feet high and includes 920,000 square feet of office space. During construction, Ron was responsible for overseeing the electrical components of the skyscraper’s shell and unique features such as a five-level parkade, a three-story indoor winter garden, and spires that light up at night.

Ron brings passion and drive to his work and employs his people skills to motivate others to do the same.
