Jeff Mugridge

Safety Coordinator

Jeff Mugridge is a National Construction Safety Officer and Red Seal Journeyman Electrician with 14 years of experience working in the electrical contracting industry. He began with WEM in 2009 and became a Safety Coordinator after working for eight years as an apprentice and journeyman electrician. In his current position, Jeff ensures worksite compliance with company safety standards. He assists with all aspects of safety compliance, including writing safe work practices/ procedures, coordinating ongoing training, inspecting equipment and performing site inspections. Jeff has worked in a safety capacity on the following WEM projects: Q9 Network Data Centre, The Bow Tower, Suncor Energy, Eau Claire Tower, Bankers Hall and the Foothills Medical Centre - McCaig Tower. He is also an excellent communicator who excels at mentoring, coaching and providing guidance to others.
