James Pinkard

Estimator - Edmonton

James Pinkard began his career with Western Electrical in 2011 as a Journeyman Electrician. He has since worked his way through the company to his current position as an estimator in WEM’s Edmonton Branch. As an estimator, James is responsible for developing budgets and detailed quotes for bids.

James has proven himself as a valuable member of WEM’s estimating team by demonstrating the ability to create accurate work within a limited timeframe. He has produced accurate estimates for projects that include the Kingsway Mall’s West Underground Distribution, Canada Place’s ESDC Fit-Out, the Ice District Tower E’s Food Hall and the Mill Woods Town Centre’s fit-out for Alberta Support Services.

James is a Master Electrician who draws on 17 years of experience working in the electrical contracting industry. He has also made significant contributions in various capacities to many of WEM’s large commercial projects including Kingsway Mall’s Target Base Building, Kelly Ramsey’s Base Building and Epcor Rossdale’ Water Treatment Building.
